Poor

Check-in was horrible. The night clerk spoke way too fast, and then when I asked questions, he rolled his eyes back and gave attitude. The hotel van was parked in 2 of the only 3 spaces for unloading... causing a bit of maneuvering and double parking. Then the wait staff for the breakfast were rude as well. Had a better experience in a 2 star in Dewey Beach the next 2 days.

Generally we enjoy staying at the hotel, it’s location, room spaciousness, quietness, cleanliness

Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet, which we enjoy much.

Sometimes the sheets seemed thin. Also They were probably a cotton synthetic blend. All cottage would be better. More a problem however was the heavy duvet cover, which was too hot for the summer. Heard a dog bark early in morning but was not loud enough to really annoy like the time the year before. Also noticed “puddle” in an elevator, which probably was from a dog, but I could be wrong. Anyway allowing dogs in your hotel we find repugnant. (No pun intended). I always have to bring a night light to avoid turning on the bathroom light in the middle of the night.

Without the rude staff on the night we arrived the trip would’ve been a lot better.

Conveniently located and safe.

We arrived at around 11pm after a long flight. Upon being told by the staff where I could park, I drive to the parking lot and found out all lots were occupied. I came back and informed the staff. He must have had a rough day and replied in a very impatient and even rude tone. Eventually he told me just to park at the “residence” area. This could have been communicated clearly first up. Very disappointed. However, the next day the front desk staff (a new shift) was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay. Highly recommended!

Comfy, clean, and location is excellent. Several restaurants and coffee shops are around, which gives very good vibes to the area. Staff at the restaurant and the reception desk were extremely helpful.

Laundry takes a long time! I also wish we had the coffee around for longer hours at the bar :)

Disappointing

The location was good in that it was convenient and quiet. It was near a supermarket, restaurants and shops. It was also just a short ride away from the main DC area for quick sightseeing at the end of a business trip. Luggage storage system was good too. I liked that they provided makeup wipes. Saved me from rummaging through my stuff. Lastly, the double bolt lock was really useful, especially for a solo traveler.

Service: They got my name wrong, as in wrong first and last name, meaning a completely different person. And that's after I gave them an ID. They were also not so friendly to some guests but perfectly cordial to others. They also forgot to give me water so I didn't know until check out that there was complimentary bottled water. Room facilities: Old and incomplete. The furniture was not well-kept. No notepad or writing materials. The TV took a while to get a signal. The coffee machine was a bit moldy. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste or shaver and no note as to whether these are by request or not. The lighting was also a bit dim and inconsistently designed. Some were warm white and others cool white. Even so, the cool white lighted areas were barely sufficiently lighted. Like the doorway, the light fixture was crooked and it wasn't bright enough so it gave a creepy vibe. The desk lamp was also too dim. It felt like those were an afterthought. Overall, I wouldn't want to stay here again if there were other choices in the area.

The building and the room appear to be about 5 years past the schedule for a renovation + new furnishings + new mattress.

For the price there are improvements that need made.

Within walking distance of my sons apartment.

starting to show wear, drawers don’t slide smoothly or close completely, refrigerator not very cold. waste cans too small.

The best location for any visitor. Everything is in walking distance: restaurants, nail and massage places, grocery store, movie theater. The hotel shuttle can drop you off and pick you up at the metro station- Pentagon City. And right next to this metro station is a big nice Pentagon Shopping Mall 😀👍 The best shuttle driver 😀 Hi Kathie 😻

Stayed here several time’s years ago and loved it. Disappointing.

Affordable breakfast. Location. Size of room.

Uncomfortable lobby. No housekeeping unless requested although pamphlets said there was. Had to request towels but old towels on bathroom floor was there all 3 days.

it is a good comfortable stay in this hotel.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The location is very good. it is inside the Sherrington village which has a lot of good restaurants and shops. There are plenty of parking lots which are free in the weekend and nights.

it is a bit away from the metro blue line stations. you need drive or take other buses to the closest blue line stations.

It was not a good experience. We won’t be coming back at this hotel.

The location was nice. Our room had free breakfast but the one in charge wanted us to pay. So we had to go to the front desk to ask about our room which was indeed breakfast included in the price. It was inconvenient to do that.

The service could have been better. The staff were not so friendly. They weren’t really nice.
