Bar was key - location was good, close to Liberty University but not really great restaurants near by.
Slow to check in, no real sense of urgency (we were there for graduation).

The staff were friendly and were kind considering the challenges they were facing. Lots of available parking and the location is convenient for the rest of Lynchburg. The workout facilities were convenient.
Upon arrival I learned that there was no running water or wifi. Obviously this was abnormal and not in the plan. Guests seemed very frustrated and some seemed as if they were leaving because of it. The nice staff member was working as hard as she could and was considerate but she has no help from other team members or staff and she could've used it.
