The location was great. The breakfast was actually good as well.
The black out curtains were missing and we were facing right into the sun. So it made sleeping harder

Breakfast was great. Room layout was good TV position was questionable.
The traffic to get to the hotel when exiting the highway was horrible. We had to make a left hand turn, do a U-turn, then struggle to make the immediate right turn to the hotel. The lights are not sequenced correctly. This was on a Saturday at 3:00 pm. We were told that this is a continued concern. We didn't experience the same situation when we returned at 10 pm that night though.

location and room size.
I wish the refrigerator was at least apartment sized, and has a freezer. Refrigerator size is ok for a short stay, but not a long stay.

Not much
We had to go to the front desk every day to get fresh linens for our room. Housekeeping never came except for on the last day to get us out of the room. We also had to take our trash out. The same towel was in the lobby bathroom for our entire stay. The pool was freezing cold the first day to which no one could swim in it and it looked very dirty. Also, every time we left our room, our room key would no longer work so we had to go to the front desk every time we exited our room because we no longer had access to it. The most frustrating stay I have ever had.
