Breakfast and waitress were very good!
We had a huge problem with a short shower curtain in a step in shower where half the water ended up on the bathroom floor . We had to mop the floor as a result. They made it up to us by moving us to a different room with a shower door. They also gave us several days of free breakfasts.

For a fancy hotel this place was kinda ghetto, the elevator was broken down and slow, everyone was cramped in there like sardines.

Room was not ready at arrival and we were not notified when it was ready houres after when check in was supposed to be
