New property This is why it is in good condition and clean l
The style and feel of linens and pillows did not meet my expectations considering the price of room.
They were tucked super tight, but did not cover both sleepers adequately. The coverlet also was a bit "short sheeted," and simply did not cover us well, but everything was very new and clean, as though we were the first inhabitants. The room was simple and basic lacking any flourishes (no freezer section in fridge for cold packs) one might expect considering it was a full $100 more than our stay the previous night in a Holiday Inn Express in Oklahoma. I chose this Fairfield because the reviews of surrounding motels were scary bad.

The friendly greeting by the front desk representative, the coffee bar and the clean spacious rooms. Also, my rooms were ready early.
Nothing comes to mind.
