The front of the check in building was outdated and I thought the rooms will be bad, but pleasantly surprised! The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was very clean and towels were new (really appreciated that). I think the front office could use some revamping but that’s the only suggestion. Front desk staff was friendly and inviting 😊👍
When driving up to the resort, it didn't look appealing. Thought I made a mistake by booking here but ended to be very nice 👍

Fantastic location right next to the lake with easy access to nearby walking trails. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring cozy sofas, complete towel sets, strong Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The housekeeping team was also exceptionally responsive!
Finding the room initially was a bit tricky since the accommodation area is separate from the main check-in office. Providing a clear map or a QR code linking directly to Google Maps at check-in would be very helpful for future guests.

The view and the location. The golf course is beautiful and challenging! The view of Mt. Shasta on the golf course is breathtaking! The staff throughout the resort is phenomenal!
The chalets need some serious upgrades. Our refrigerator was missing shelves and didn’t sufficiently keep our food cold. We couldn’t lock our back door because the door was warped.
