room was decent, not super clean, but ok for a night.
The extreme smell of pot that came from the hallway or a room close by. Don't know why that is allowed when smoking isn't.

The front desk staff was very helpful
It could be cleaner

The hotel was convenient for what I needed. I came in from out of town for a barbecue in New Egypt. Options in that part of South Jersey can be minimal. You’re stuck with either a very high end hotel or an absolute slum. Town Inn was neither. Basic accommodation for a decent enough price. If all you need is a place to lay your head for the night, Town Inn is fine.
The room was clean, but very worn. Bed sheets were clean, but obviously becoming threadbare from use. The water spigot in the shower was leaking and you could tell it had been for a long time. Again, everything was clean, but you could tell it was worn out.
