The location was close to all the areas I needed to attended.

The staff was great
The bed was comfortable and looked clean and inviting
The bathtub faucet had a serious leak (fan on, close the door, constant noise bad)
The hallway carpet was very worn
The stairs smelled of smoke (probably from the parking lot)
