気持ち良いホテルライフにはほど遠い

ほぼプライベートビーチが目の前

アメニティが全くない清掃もリクエストしないと入ってくれないタダで貸してもらえるはずのビーチチェアーやパラソルも数が少なく利用はほぼできないマリオットとは名ばかりかな

Cockroach

The room was poorly cleaned, we found hair on the towels and we woke up to a massive cockroach near our heads. What a nightmare!

We asked for a king bed and we were given 2 extra large beds that were about double bed size. We were on our honeymoon.

Mixed feelings

The hotel has always been a family favorite for its location. It's right on a lovely bay that is great for all ages. The pool and bar area are great places to hang out and order lunch and drinks. The beds are comfortable. The staff was very friendly, with one exception.

I am sorry to say there were issues. The shower glass and interior was dirty. The bathroom door isn't a door it's two small sliders that don't shut, so there is no real privacy. Housekeeping brought towels Monday but didn't clean. The only day they cleaned the room was Wed and we stayed 6 nights. We paid extra for an ocean view but couldn't sleep until after 3 AM because of all the street noise emanating from the bar down the street (which isn'tthe hotel's fault but should have been disclosed). And construction on the roof below our room started at 6 am. It would have been nice to know about the noise before we booked.

Great location, average accommodation.

Fabulous location. Pool and beach were fantastic. Front desk staff were friendly and free cocktails on arrival was welcomed.

Staff service at the bar and pool was average. Room didn’t get serviced, we had to ask for more towels and for our bins to be emptied. Bathroom was tiny.

Always like staying at all the Marriotts throughout my life but this one was a very pricy one.

Location, grounds, friendly and very helpful staff. Also accommodating by bringing a roll out bed since it was 3 coworkers staying in the same room.

There was an old sock left in room from previous guest near the TV stand. There was no shower gel in bathroom to shower with - had to call for replacement. AND lastly when going to use the Coffee machine - there was and old cup of used coffee there that was not cleaned or removed.

Snorkelers will love this property!

The reef out in the back of the property was full of fish and a nice sandy bottom. Probably the nicest snorkeling experience we had on island…and we had paid for boats to take us out. The staff was SO FRIENDLY…everyone said hello and was there to help. The view was not as advertised though. We made up for it by being on the go the whole week, but beware the listing for “ocean view” on booking.com it actually had view of the parking lot and a sliver of the lagoon. Save money and buy “garden view”. As hotels go though..this one wins for the amazing sandy beach right on the property!!!

View wasnt as stated. Cleaning room was every other day forcing us to retrieve supplies daily and call to have garbage emptied.

Good location but otherwise a really poor value for the money.

The location was good, right near the pier and shops we could walk to.

Our room had some cleanliness issues (dried oatmeal on the wall! carpet stains), and there are some weird design problems like the shower being too short for adults, you can see in the sliding bathroom door (and hear everything), there were almost never pool towels available when we wanted them, the parking fee, the front desk never answered the phone, the pool is small and poorly lit in the evening, the bar closed at 10…so many things. Disappointing for the price. You’re only paying for a location.

location, food services staff were wonderful.

the front desk and concierge were dysfunctional, not helpful and bordering on rudeness. no one knew what anyone else was doing. would not recommend or stay there again.

Not what it could have been because of booking.com

Lovely hotel, great staff, excellent location - we’ve been before and we’ll be back!

We booked and paid for an Ocean View King room. I requested a date change by one day through booking.com. They said the hotel wouldn’t agree to that, so we paid a lot to re-jig our plans. When we checked in, we found that the hotel HAD accepted our change, and had us down as a ‘no-show’. They found us a room, but it was not what we’d paid for. Not the fault of the hotel - a complete failure by booking.com.
