Poor

The staff was helpful and friendly.

The rooms were not clean when I arrived. Found hairs on both beds, the sheets had stains and some lights didn’t work. Pictures show property has pool, when arrived on property no pool was found. Only reason I picked this property was for the pool. Very disappointed…

Roaches were dirty the floors and the bathroom I asked for the floor to be swept in mopped no one ever did it hair in the bed walls dirty just was not comfortable at all very bad hotel

Worst experience in my life, would never recommend to my worst enemy.

That I was next to the highway so I was able to get on the highway with no problem

The front desk clerk tried to copy my credit card with my id for some reason I had to ask her not to do that. Then gave me a room with TV broken shower was broken there was no towels then was rudely approach about why are there three people when two people was all that was mentioned they beat on the door asked why did they see three people go in my room I had to show them there was only two people. I felt disrespected and discusseded with cleanliness, broken TV, an a shower that didn't work an when it did was shut off in the middle of the shower there where no towels no breakfast an the vending machine kept our money they didn't work. That was the worst experience I ever had with a hotel.

I won't ever go somewhere I'm not wanted it just breaks my heart that you didn't even get to know me

Siri I don't know maybe the part where my car got stolen that was so great

I didn't like the fact that the owners didn't like me because I was transgender which that made it very uncomfortable it was to the point where they're own staff advised me just get my stuff and go

Overall, I had a good nights sleep, easy access right off the highway

Hotel clerk was awesome. Had coffee made when I arrived. A+ after traveling most of the day. My room was quiet, easy access for me.

Could feel the springs in the bed, but did sleep well. Dirty under the shower mat in the shower.

Right off the highway and across from McDonald's

Non-Smoking but hallway and room smelled like smoke. The beds had poor mattresses. There was body grooves in both mattresses. The mattresses have never been flipped or turned. It's an old motel that needs major renovation. The room didn't have a telephone in it; so if you wanted to contact the front desk you had to walk down there. It was impossible to connect to the hotel wifi and it was in a bad location to connect to your phone data.

cleanliness was an issue. there were multiple hairs on the bed linen.

Did not even stay

The floors were sticky and dirty. The furniture was dirty. The beds had hair in them. We did not even stay and we’re not able to get a refund.

No coffee maker or breakfast offered as stated in the amenities. The front desk attendant said that he had tried to get that removed. Please update.

We mainly only slept there as we hung out with family all day.

There were places close by we could get meals.

On our last night staying the people in the room next to us you could tell the were smoking weed in their room the smell lingered into our room and the hallway.
