Friedly staff, kitchen was upgraded at no extra charge, location was great for the price. Overall a good value.
Beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, pool was closed/dirty but we were allowed to use the neighboring motels pool.

I liked that there was 2 pools you could choose to go to , and there was a lot of parking
That the office to check in was around the corner at the Riveria, for someone like me with a bad knee , this wasn’t easy

Located 1 block away from the boardwalk.
Need some accessible features. The steps from the parking lot to the rooms need handrails. The toilet was very, very low making it very difficult to get up after using the facility. The tub/shower was very slippery as it had no slip prevention stickers on the tub floor nor was there any grab bars to hold onto while showering and getting in and out of the shower. I was really scared that I would fall! I’m glad we were on there for 2 nights because after one shower I was too afraid to get back in the tub/shower!
