Carpets could use cleaning, though I saw a maintenance person arrive with a carpet cleaner as I departed.

The location was great - close to a free bus to take us downtown, the hot tub and lobby were comfortable and great quality, the hotel room was spacious with good storage and the office staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved walking to Coffee Lab for coffee in the morning and one day we took the chairs lifts to view the top of the Butte right out the front door!
We arrived after office hours but got a message about a lockbox to get our key, but our lockbox wouldn't open so we spent a lot of time at 11:30pm trying to figure things out. We called customer service, then found a sign for security. The security guy was very helpful and told us we were in the wrong building. I wish the property would have told us specific directions to our building and to be aware that there were 2 buildings. This was disappointing after driving 3 hours in the dark from a Grand Junction flight to deal with this. The beds were OK, a little hard and would have liked a microwave. The price is high.
