Rooms were clean, newer and updated furniture and bathroom.
Only Downfall was the shower curtain in bathroom leaking and soaking floor, had to request more towels to accommodate everyone in room - but received immediately. Parking is very minimal and first come first serve; also very small spaces but 3 parking lots located nearby.

Parking was a little tight, but overall just to spend the night wasn’t bad, we were on gound floor but the beds were great. Everything was clean. You even have a coffee machine in there.

The location was perfect. Two minutes to beach and boardwalk, and a street away from some decent bars to go to if your traveling with your friends.
The room was not clean at all. Stains on the sheets/ blankets, 2 towels for a room of 6 people and they were damp when we came in. Dust on ledges (the amount of dust was actually insane) and dirt on the floor, looked like they havent clean the boards on the walls since the place opened. They were flys everywhere when we walked in to the room.
