Not worth the money I spent for sure.

The rooms were spacious, it was quiet and the staff was amazingly friendly.

The "hot tub" was Luke warm, they had to get maitnece out to "fix it" but was still warm, not a hot tub at all. My mother's room was broken, ac wasn't working so she had no heat, the TV wasnt working, and the phone didnt work, when she went to the front desk the lady had replied theu dropped the tv and it had to wait till morning for it all to be fixed so my mom froze the first night and was sick on the second and third day.

Beautiful Facility, restaurant on site, friendly staff! Lola specifically was AMAZING! She should run the whole company! her customer service was 110%!

Because, one employee there the rest is great.

I love all the people in the grill they have there they make you feel at home.

One of the workers there was very rude to my family and I was over charge because, a guest had made a complaint about something that wasnt even true or evolved my family. I was belittle saying things like you people have to remember your not and any hotel. I felt harrassed , embarrassed, and mistreated because, of the color of my skin . I felt.

Not a pleasant experience

The breakfast was very pedestrian the hotel is of high quality therefore the breakfast bar is expected the same very disappointed!! Not enough towels for the occupants smh

I stay there because it’s convenient . Peice is okay.

it’s good location from the places I had to be.

i have gone 4 times in the past 4 months and the Wifi in the room is always a problem first time they said the problem was on the 4th floor. Second time the 5th floor. Last time I had a decent connection in the 3rd floor. I also requested for room service and I never had it.

Super nice staff! Great location on NW Expressway. Good breakfast included.

Had to go from 2nd floor to 5th floor for ice. machine was broken on 2 and floors 3 & 4 were under remodel.

The sheets on one of my beds were dirty. It looked as though someone smeared eye makeup or something on it.

The entryway.

Rooms very dated. Bathroom door facing in bath rusted out beside shower. Could be a hazard if didn't watch getting out of shower.. No breakfast like site says. Carpet and furniture in room stained.

First and only stay.

The pool wasn't terrible.

The shower water was either scalding hot or just hot there was nothing less. Staff was going to come look at it but never did. The room is WAY over priced! The breakfast is less than mediocre. Cereal and microwavable bagels? Even for a continental breakfast that is cheap garbage. Right outside the room was what I believed to be an a/c unit or something and it ran all night and day so it was a little tough to sleep.

Doesn't deserve the Hilton name

Hot tub .but it was to small for me an my husband that was only reason we rented the room was for us to enjoy it together an we couldn't

It had a bad smell so I had to buy an fabreez plug in an carpet looked like it was out of 1980 I couldn't find TV guide an they had no vending only in front desk over priced crap an I almost couldny even check in even thou I paid 200 bucks already. Cuz they wanted another 50 or I wouldnt be able to stay. An if I would not been able to check in I was lost out on my 200 dollar an honest room was not a suite like it was.supposed to be it was tiny crappy hot tub roomm I loved hot tub tho but was to small for 2 people

Poor service and a total rip off.

I got charged $50 for smoking in the room when that did not occur. No one smoked in that room and we left the room as we found it. My girlfriend does smoke and she went outside to do that. I will never stay at another one of your hotels again.

Service was poor. They mixed up our room and sent us to an occupied room. Said we got an upgrade, but we were supposed to have a hot tub room to begin with.
