ok, but if you didn’t bring all your necessary items, you’re in trouble.

Room was clean, and comfortable. Premium channels on tv.

There were absolutely no amenities. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no tissues.

Horrible. Never buying from yall again

I hated this location. The staff tried to steal my stuff and I had to call the cops before anyone was taking me seriously that I wanted my items returned that was taken from my room

Thieves. Liars. Thieves. $50 cash deposit. Wasn't informed of. Staff went into the room and took my nintendo switch and they wouldn't return it until I called the cops.

Just don't stay here. Not worth it

Location

2 times they tried to charge me extra then what I paid on Booking.com. They don't seem to understand concept. No hairdryer like they said, no swimming pool like they said. Not worth what I paid. Would not let me check in early or keep my things behind the desk so nobody would take them. I had to hide them. Luckily they were still there when I got back. No breakfast in the morning. Hair in the shower

The room was clean

I arrived at midnight after a long drive to rest. I had booked this room online when I arrived I was told I had to put a 40 dollar, deposit so I offered my debit card. Only cash so I had to drive to find an atm. Then at check out I had to wait while they inspected the room. It was crazy

unimpressed and highly disappointed

good location

bugs in the room very expensive for quality the property tried to hold my id which I pressed theft charges for. staff was room charged my debit card before telling me there was an extra 40 dollar deposit. forcing me to take the room

Kinda of exasperating as I could not understand woman at the desk. Very limited English.

Could not find the motel to begin with. You need better signage to be seen from the highway. . And was put in rooms BEHIND the motel with NO PARKING!,

We were left alone for peace and quiet. It was a decent place. Clean, comfortable bed. I did like it was kept really clean outside .

The toilet, there were times we were sure it was going to flush down. It did go down finally. This is really my own complaint.

The hotel was pretty dirty and the staff were sketchy.

The staff were friendly when I checked in.

The rooms and property did not look as pictured. Everything was falling apart, dirty, stained. The floors of my room were really gross and oily and I could not walk barefoot in the room. The towels and sheets were stained and ripped. The air conditioner was disgusting, with gunk coating the vents. On the morning of check out, at 9:20 am, I had an employee enter my room without waiting for me to respond to the knock (and I was not completely dressed). It was scary. He came back again and said he was there to complete a work order. I was suspicious and told him he couldn't come in then. When I tried to call the front desk from the room phone about it, the phone did not work. I tried to call from my cellphone and the hotel phone number did not work. I decided to check out. When I did, I told them about the phone line and tried to tell them about the man entering my room, but their English was poor (it was two older Indian gentleman) and they couldn't really understand me. When I conveyed to them it was a MAN, not a maid, who entered my room, they said they did not send anyone to my room so there was nothing they could do. This alarmed me even more-- the person that entered my room was not an employee?? I was told there was no manager on duty for me to speak to and that there was nothing to be done. Still very concerned, I exited the office. One of the men followed me out. A housekeeper came over and started speaking to the gentleman in English, so I asked the housekeeper about the man who had entered my room. He said that the man had probably been there to ask if I was checking out or staying late (despite the fact that he came to my room 1.5 hours before checkout and that he had told me a different story). The man in question then wandered over and said no, he'd had a work order. No one seemed to know what was going on or feel remorseful that my privacy and trust had been violated by a man who entered my room with a knock and no wait time.

It was OK for the price

The bed was comfortable, room was clean, AC worked great, I had no issues when I locked my key cards inside my room by accident, they took care of it and let me back inside. The front desk guy I dealt with first was super friendly.

There were a few rust stains on the sheets, the bathroom door only had a doorknob but no insides. It didn't latch. The parking wasn't great because we could not see our vehicle from our window.

Would stay here again. Quiet, cool, comfy. Close to St Damien and Lake Atcadia

Ice machine is outstanding, room cold, bed comfy, good value.

The bed was comfortable. Quiet at night

Clothes from someone else hanging on back of bathroom door. Carpet could use repair or replace. Chair had springs hanging from bottom of it.

One guy that works there he tried to help out but he is only one person

The toilet ran all night had to take the back off and fix it so it won't stay running ,everytime they cleaned the room it got halfway there was soap and a sock left from before we got there and in my other room it had hair and I dont know what it was in the bathroom and when they clean the room they don't change the bedding they just make the beds and second they don't know before entering the room they just open if they see anyone they just shut the door right back .they pulled the trash out of the trash can and put on the contner and got pop all in my dryer that I brought and it quit working didn't replace any soaps and when you try and ask questions the office can't really understand what your talking about jus bad all The way around
