Great location but rooms were not the same as in the booking site, false advertisement

Great location next to airport.

The breakfast area was filthy as clean tables were not available. They ran out of coffee and my room was near cement bags as it was obvious construction was occurring.

It was ok but I won’t stay again.

Friendly staff, nice patio

Our room. The bathroom was old. At least it was clean. The bed was fine. Pillows horrible. The “view” out of our window was a back lot with trailers, back side of a building, a tar cart parked randomly, and a broken down car chained to a sign. Awful!!!

Not a bad vacation

Like the water slide the kids had fun but they should put more into the pool area as a Waterpark. Like how they had a bar but should make it better by having a stuff coming to pool area to take order on drinks so we ain't gotta leave.

Didn't like how the pool water felt it was weird it was different from the waterside part. And the breakfast it could of been a little better for what u pay to stay there. The food didn't look Appealing to eat. We stay in the king suite and we kinda disappointed that we didn't get a patio. The room was okay had alot of things need to be fixed.

the room small, the bed is not that good, room smell like sweat. i thought i will get pool view, but i got the road view

pool but were not able to use it. cuz they open at 10am and we checked out at 10.

when we get into our room. smells like sweat. the breakfast was not good. its not worth to stay here.

The room was outdated, falling apart and filthy. The location was nice but I would rather spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

I was able to relax in the room. But not in swimming pool, didn’t like breakfast

Staff was very courteous, check in was fast and easy. Staff was able to accommodate my request. The lobby was attractive

The pool was cold, uninviting. The bathroom need renovation. The breakfast was not good. The area was very cold and the selection of food was not good. There were cheerios on the floor from the day before. The layout of the breakfast area could be improved (more open).

The staff was amazing and the hotel was nice.

The location was very easy to find from the airport. The staff was exceptional. Travis checked me in late at night and he made sure I knew where to find the building with my room. Later on, I needed help from him and a very nice woman at the front desk with him. I asked for a taxi referral, they gave me Adan’s business card. The next morning he picked me up and made himself known to the staff which, as a woman alone I greatly appreciated both those small actions. I called the front desk later to complement them and they answered the phone promptly. 10/10 stars.

My expectations were high until I checked in

the pool was great

there was a very big difference between what the rooms looked like on the website compared to how the rooms actually were. It was very misleading in my opinion.

Comfortable room ,nice fire pit, dining, good breakfast, bad pool and hot tub experience!

Breakfast was great. LOCATION WONDERFUL. HAVING SHUTTLE VERY CONVENIENT.

will probably stay again because of location.

breakfast was usual powdered eggs, yogurt, cereal and coffee. no decaf coffee.

no internet in our room. drape had a visual cut in fabric. just very tired decor, one lamp on one side of bed. not enough desk plug ins for electronic devices. but room was clean and location was perfect. appreciated the friendliness of our shuttle driver and all desk staff.

Great location for catching early morning flight

Computers were down when we tried to check in but desk clerk comped us a free drink at the bar and when the computers were working again a half hour later she gave us an upgrade which made the experience stress free as we had driven all day and were very tired.

I have a pet peeve about the bathroom fan being covered in dust, very few hotels keep these clean. Weird tv set up from the 90’s, why is the guide on a channel?
