Location downtown, close and walkable to many places Beautiful renovation of a period historic office building. Into a Hotel.
Lack of service, callous to customer needs, room was not cleaned regularly, valley service was slow, there is no one to help you with your bags and staff often reminded you as a customer of what you are doing wrong.
