I love this hotel. I've stayed at The Plaza several times. It is beautiful and friendly with a uniquely decorated interior. There is a lot of attention to detail. I particularly love the artwork in the hallways. There is a lot of detail to notice and admire throughout the hotel. The decorator beautifully married Texas and Mexico in the details!

Unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower.
Shower faucet was complicated and very hard to manipulate. I believe hard water has made it where you need a lot of strength to open and close.
