Customer service was so bad only one girl working and doing all the work while another guy stood around and acted like he couldn’t be bothered he appeared to be on drugs they had no name tags on I asked for a supervisor or manager and they said there were none they were the managers I asked for a district leader number or customer number and they didn’t know that had my family with and they couldn’t believe the low class customer service so we did not stay at this hotel felt very uncomfortable and hotel seemed shady we ended up going to your competitors across the street HAMPTON inn you might need to send your staff there for training this was my first holiday inn stay and will be my last it was that bad I wouldn’t care if it was on a beach will AVOID all holiday inns because 2 customer service people could not do there jobs training is highly needed

Hotel needs work

Location very central to main areas of ELP

Very outdated the sofa bed had springs poking out, very uncomfortable, room phone wasn’t working couldn’t reach staff unless I went downstairs. Bathroom was moldy at connections.

the hotel itself was fine as was the staff, however, I was charged for the room after having paid for it through booking

close to the airport

No shuttle early in the morning. had a flight change and the shuttle wasn’t available at 4 am so had to get an Uber.

Came in late so went to bed fairly quickly and woke up in the morning very rested..It was great

It’s a very guest centric establishment. The staff are very attentive and friendly with anything they are able to assist you with. They really show you their best side and they remind me of how great my customer service was when I was in retail. with that being said that’s my experience with them and there’s some new faces here now so I hope the great service continues

Only thing I can think of honestly,is either the shower heads get clogged with calcium and lime or maybe just the water pressure has a weak stream. the water pressure isn’t great sometimes.. That is it but you don’t make a big deal about it . Although it make it wonderful

Very peaceful, comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing

clean facilities ,friendly staff ,accommodating to the small issues with grace and no attitude.

They kept my deposit for no reason and they went on as if it wasn’t their fault. They blamed it on my bank.. So we’ll see what happens with that

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

we love the food here. the staff, for the most part, is very attentive and they go out of their way to make sure our stay is nothing but perfect.

the first day, the lady at the counter asked if I wanted to switch to a different room. I asked if the room was the same size, to what she replied “no” and added that it was in fact smaller. why would I want to switch to a smaller room, which is cheaper, after I paid for the bigger one. then she refused to give me breakfast vouchers for the kids, even though I got the breakfast included, because “kids eat free”.. sadly, my kids don’t eat from the kids menu anymore. the last day I ordered a skillet which was supposed to come with peppers, mushrooms, and eggs, and it didn’t have any of these! it only had bacon, ham and potatoes. luckily, they didn’t have an issue remaking my order. also, the young girl Saturday morning made it right and gave me the vouchers for my kiddos for breakfast. It’s upsetting coming in and for someone to be rude or to give you an attitude when you’re simply asking a question.. I’ve always said, if you don’t like your job, Quit! I’m glad the employees that were there from Saturday morning till Sunday afternoon at checkout made it better. Both the staff at the front desk and the girls at the restaurant & bar were great! thanks for picking up the slack! Love this location.

Never again .....!!!!!

First of all walking in the hotel one person staff somewhat friendly offer me a free drink coupon I can admit was excited but when I came to retrieve my free drink one person staff failed to mention bar was closed all day ...Didn't need a free water or juice 😫 Went to the room white powder on table didn't want to touch this was ridiculous... After a long trip needed to use restroom but toilet made noise when flushing really Annoying... Went next door at Taco cabana to have a drink and when going back to my room I was stopping at my car people outside smoking and drinking again I brought this to the attention to the one person staff she mentioned the cameras don't have ... Price was too high and I would not recommend I was very disappointed I would highly recommend a full refund 😡😡

The maids were nice

Dogs barking all night. Had to pay for breakfast. Expensive. Elevators broke. Check In person not friendly. Halls were hot.
