Hotel was clean and nicely furnished throughout. Room was a good size; not too cramped and not feeling like there was excess/wasted space. Liked the clever corner cabinet for the microwave and refrigerator. Also appreciated the large shower. Bistro in the lobby had an excellent breakfast burrito.
The only thing that seemed incongruous with the rest of the property were the elevators. They were large, but single car and rather industrial looking while the rest of the hotel was quite warm in look and feel.

The entire staff. The very sweet girl who checked me in helped me get a room near my son. And got me late check out. The night manager, Cindy, she was just about the best, most genuine caring worker I have ever come across while traveling. I locked my self out of my room and she went above and beyond to keep me comfortable while waiting for maintenance to show up.. even got me a Starbucks coffee. The maintenance guys, when they got the door open, they were so kind and assured me it "happens more times than i would think" after I kept apologizing. And sweet girl at the Starbucks, shes a Rockstar and made me feel so comfortable... we ended up chatting for a few minutes.
This hotel has the BEST employees.
The shower water didn't get hot enough. But that was definitely the LEAST of my worries.
