The ac was nice and cold, the room was extremely clean, nice tvs, convenient futon couch, and a kitchen island bar with kitchen! I also liked the waffle maker they have for breakfest!
The beds were a little uncomfortable and the bathroom door in our room would not latch/lock which made the door always open. It also had a a funnky smell which we was able to take care of with some febreeze but the hall ways always stunk and the elevator. I also wasnt too fond of the breakfest options, just nothing tasted good other than the waffles!

Spacious suite with kitchenette. Excellent shower. Breakfast that changes the hot-dish selection each day of the week. Very nice pool area with lots of lounge chairs, of which some are in the shade. Whole Foods market in the shopping mall across the street.
Lack of sidewalks to stroll to nearby cafes and shopping area. So-so coffee. No room service (towels, bed, etc.), even after we requested it after our 2nd night. Very thin toilet paper.

Staff was great. Super friendly and helpful. Especially the woman in housekeeping. Breakfast was decent.
The room was extremely run down. Including a non working refrigerator and doors that were peeling.
Pool isn’t fenced in so we encountered an unhoused person using it and urinating next to the pool. Not a great time.
