Saved us when our campsite was overrun with a family of raccoons and mosquitos. We were cool, slept well, and kept remarking that it was a nice surprise how cute the hotel was. I don't associate Best Western hotels with iron work- but this one was charming!
If there wasn't standing water in the parking lot or on the flat roofs. If they harvested the rainwater instead of letting it funnel into the pool area during heavy rains.

Rooms were clean and free of odors. The entire staff was accommodating. Great location. The breakfast was great. A lot more extensive than I expected. Would definitly stay there again if I was in the area.
There were two things that I would liked to be addressed. The first is the AC. Either they need to move the beds away from the AC unit or modify the exhaust vents so the air doesn't hit you directly while in bed. The second is the fact that none of the units had safes. This was a big concern to us.

We were on the street which was quite noisy and weren't expecting that. The room itself felt like an older motel 1980's feel with the smaller size and dated bathroom. No luxury. The staff and also the breakfast were amazing. So friendly. And the location to downtown Beaufort was wonderful.
I just wish that the feel of the rooms wasn't so small and dated with the bathroom set-uporientation back in the 1970's or '80s. I'm sure that would take renovations though. Great location and super friendly staff.
