Cheap price but not worth it!

The workers was very friendly & helpful. I like being able to walk in straight & not have to go stairs or through long halls. The price was great but the saying, "You get what you pay for.".

There was a few things that I truly wasn't happy about. We got a Kung suite for 1 night, thank goodness. It didn't look like the pictures on line. The couch had stains all over it, even with all the lamps on it was dark in there. They only had 1 light bulb in each lamp, the bathroom light was so soft it was hard to see, the bathroom was clean but smelled, the coke machine wouldn't take coins or dollars, there was only 2 drinks that supposedly worked, and lastly but important was they said there was breakfast on the website and they didn't have anything! Like the quote I said, cheap price gets you a cheap quality. Oh the plug-ins were an inch from the wall. I was scared of getting shocked when I plugged and unplug my cord!!! There's no sense in on this place needed work on & badly. I had to go to the store a mile down the road to get drinks. It would've been nice not having to go somewhere else for our drinks.

parking lot to small. the beds were not what they said they was. booked two rooms and was not put beside each other. had to be separated from our group.

I would definitely recommend/ stay here again.

It was better than I expected for the price. I liked that there was a a small breakfast table and 2 chairs in the room. The shower wand was also a nice surprise.

The TV remote was well used. Some of the buttons didn't work as they should. This small detail was greatly offset by the better than expected items listed above.

disgusting, poorly managed and owner does not care about roaches. couldn’t get a full refund. had to sleep w roaches. no

nothing. there are roaches everywhere. inside and out. health dept will be called.

the roaches we seen coming in and out the room and thousands in parking lot. the fact after we approached them on the roaches these kids of the worker inside had a knife, massive wrench carrying around after we brought to the attention of.

Only 2 pillows and furniture was a little out dated with stains on the chairs.

the location and the staff was friendly

The noise from other visitors all hours of the night, the pillows were tiny and when we asked for more they didn’t have any extra. Also our tv remote did not work.

Easy access from highway. Beds were comfortable. Got a good night’s sleep.

Main lobby closed at 10 pm, lots of people gathered outside on both the first level, the balcony and stairs, being loud. No breakfast as advertised on booking.com

the room was clean and nice. everything worked- convenient location.

they had everything in the main building locked off. there was just a little cubicle you could access where you checked in. they had been rated on breakfast by past guests so we assumed they would have some king of breakfast…nothing. we stayed three nights- the second day about 4:00 we hadn’t seen any housekeeping. I went and asked the desk worker and she was like- “oh housekeeping didn’t come in today”…oh okay- can I please have some clean towels, toilet paper, jkleenex and trash bags? I told her I would come back in 15 minutes and she did have everything ready.

I thought we were getting breakfast. the lady at the desk said no breakfast due to Covid. all other hotels are doing breakfast. don’t understand the problem. maybe they’re just wanting to save money. but it needs to be addressed that no breakfast at this location
