Location. Was right next to where I needed to be, close by what I needed when needed.
The TV options were very good compared to other motels, they had HBO and Cinemark plus the usual cable channels. That was very much appreciated. It was also clean and by clean i mean the bed. The bed was clean and that is always extremely important.
The other guests are primarily workers that are there to rest for the night or travelers passing through. I was there Fri-Mon and it was very quiet. No one was there to party and the guests all just kept to themselves and their business. It never felt sketchy there.
I enjoyed my stay here, otherwise I would not bother with a review even a positive one. I will revisit Riviera every year to see my dear friend and his family, when I do I will stay here everytime. I sincerely hope nothing changes.
There weren't any towels but that was okay as I always bring my own so i felt no need to ask. That is the only thing i could gripe about, but for me it was a non-issue..
