The staff (especially Jason at check-in!) were super friendly and helpful, and since I attended the event at Legacy Arena, staying at the Sheraton was a no-brainer. I used the valet service instead of trying to find parking myself, which was nice.
I tried to order food at 9:45 p.m. via the QR code on my TV, but I kept getting an error saying food wouldn't be available until 11 a.m. the next morning. So I put my clothes back on, walked downstairs to the bar, ordered food, and was told the place was open until midnight. That was annoying, because I'd already changed into my pajamas and was ready to relax.
The bar was busy, and my $9 dessert wasn't included in my order at first, so I went back (I'd not even reached the elevators) to ask for it. I then watched the server don a black plastic glove and hand-pluck my tiramisu from the display case, squishing some of it in the process since it had been there a while. I ate it anyway, and it tasted fine, but the sight was very off-putting.
And while I know being next to the Interstate and its noise can't be helped, the constant roar of traffic (I had a room overlooking the roads) was loud and made it a bit hard to sleep.

The hotel and staff was excellent and hotel was wonderful. Booking was not. My rooms were not reserved as paid for and expected so the wonderful staff at the Sheraton managed to find rooms for us and accommodate us. My complaint was sent in to booking and I hope to get this resolved soon.

Everything about the property was nice. The bed was very comfortable
The ice machine on my floor didn’t work. We had only one staff member that was rude. Everyone else was wonderful

Close, walking distance to Coca-Cola Amphitheater and very friendly staff.
Very loud. No free wi-fi without membership (which I had trouble with trying to sign up). No pool.
