Very quaint, very clean, nostalgic property modernized just enough not to spoil "going back in time" feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable and every amenity was available. Easy beach access, beautiful gardens and outdoor furniture overlooking the surf. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The sign on A1A could have been bigger and brighter. I passed the property several times during my visit because it's easy to miss nestled between high-rise hotels.

it's the same beach as the expensive double tree a few buildings away, they don't seam to have a occupancy problem so if you don't book it someone else will
o.k. it's dated but a makeover would spoil it's charm
