Location, Location is great
Maid didn't come and clean the room nor provide fresh towels the entire 5 days. While that wasn't a huge problem, they should not be leaveing a tip envolope in the room, if you arn't going to actually clean it

Location
Needs major overhaul. We have stayed at several older retro hotels that have clean rooms. They said they were renovating, there was stuff everywhere mattress, chairs, trash. You could see light around the door. The plumbing in the shower needs attention.
