Staff were friendly
Disappointed they discontinued a large breakfast. The TV remotes are overly complex, had to ask for help.

I had to leave early for an emergency and because I paid the hotel directly, I was able to get a refund for the last night. They didn't have to do that, so I was very appreciative of the customer service.
The breakfast service was a coffee urn with powdered cream and some previously frozen cinnamon rolls. I was not expecting a full-on hot breakfast, but this was a bit weak,

The bed was very comfortable. Slept very well. Room was clean, but shabby. Didn’t stay for breakfast.
There was a lot of repair needed. Ceiling, sink, carpet, electrical plug in sink area and the coffee maker.
