The hotel is well situated and has a period charm. We were made to feel welcome and had a relaxing evening
We enjoyed eating in the bar but found the piano music rather loud.

Great location. Great lobby - Sitting area and Dining area.
The Concierge was kind enough to place the leftovers of the dinner I ate at a restaurant in their refrigerator overnight.
I was supposed to get a wake up call and it was never delivered but it is okay as I had awakened in time.

Location was good.
Breakfast wasn';t really available, had to get coffee from the meeting room. Staff was scrambling to keep up with meeting and guests wanting breakfast.
