Breakfast was very nice. Plentiful. Location great. Quiet atmosphere, and the most pleasant staff! Front desk staff was excellent!
Loved walking into Edmonds. Great little town to poke around!
The coffee could have been a bit better. Not the greatest out of the machine or the pump jugs in the morning.
When we turned the heat on (October visit) it had a musty smell. Not great. If we kept it low, the smell dissipated.
Hotel is showing its age. Carpets could be updated as well as the bathrooms. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

Great location, right by Edmonds harbor and beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Older building but well cared for. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.
Beds are a tiny bit lumpy, but still comfortable. Linens could use a bit of an upgrade (but again still comfortable).
