The owner is very amicable. She was responsive to our texts and made our late arrival go smoothly.
Breakfast was very nice, and set out for self-serving. The decor is very pretty. The bathroom was on the hall, but set up for our use only, which owner made us aware of before arriving. We were offered an ensuite room if we preferred, which was thoughtful.
We arrived in the dark due to traffic delays, so it was night time. Front path is a configuration of stones, and not being a smooth surface makes if more difficult for walking for older folks and to get luggage rolled in. But there is onsite convenient parking.
Unfortunately, we were there only one night, so we didn't get the chance to use the pond area. Maybe next time.

I love the quiet beauty of the Bella Ella B&B. The property is beautiful and you can enjoy it from the front porch or by the pond. It's a truly magical place to stay.

We liked the house, quite interesting, great breakfast, bedroom was nice and bathroom was nicely laid out.
Had a very small fridge in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable.And with the windows open the room was fresh and cool.
Not enough outlets in the room, no sitting area, not enough chairs or locations to put down items. No place in the bathroom at the sink to put down some toiletries. (could do with a small cabinet to put things on or in.) Toilet roll holder loose, shower stall needs upgrading, bathmat worn and newer mat over the older mat.
The traffic noise level was high, but reduced after 10pm.
