The hotel front desk representative Oscar was friendly and helpful!, the parking was very convenient and free plus it was in a inside secure area right outside the entrance to the hotel. The breakfast was free and had a minimum selection to choose from, I had the scrambled eggs with link sausages with orange juice. It was good! The hotel also allowed me to check in early at 11 am instead of regular check in at 3:30 pm which was much appreciated!
The elevator being down my entire visit for a day, I worked in maintenance so I understood why it stayed down for the weekend, it cost more for the Elevator to be serviced on the weekend, plus I was on the third floor and as a seniors it was a challenge to go and down freely. No complaints. Oscar immediately got me a room and that's what he had available at the time. The bathroom was nice, however the sink faucet was loose and the cleaning team forgot to remove items from the refrigerator. I was suppose to get the King suite with sitting area separate, my room was missing the sofa and tv in the separate area.
