Room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was extremely busy, staff was very friendly and eager to accommodate any of our needs.

The facility was to run down. And no parking was available.

location was great. Liked that pets were allowed, even if for a fee (it was nominal).
Night shift female had no hospitality. No smile, no nothing. After driving 11 hours, would have been nice being met with a smile at least. No water being offered besides the almost empty one at the front with lemons in it. Maybe add to vending machine instead of just sodas. Breakfast was greasy and gross. Small offering. Coffee tasted like soap.
