Location is great, super close to the BART and buses. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the spread of breakfast options. The beds are nice and firm, didn’t have issues with my chronic lower back issues.
It would have been nice if the cleaning staff would have checked in on us every other day as our bathroom was empty on body wash when we first checked in, the elevator was sometimes dirty and we had to call front desk to ask for a clean up, and a lot of the towels/bedding are stained when we first checked into our room (laundry needs to work on those, please and thank you)
