Great location

Nice location if you’re looking for a quiet spot close to the pier attractions but want to avoid crowded parts of beach. Pool and hot tub deck is nice with a great view. Easy beach access. Room interior was clean, beds were comfortable and nicely furnished. Very friendly staff.
The towels are a little on the old side. Clean, but showing wear. There is no after hours vending on site. There didn’t appear to be TV option. Just Roku free stuff. Internet and TV will drop in rain.

Value for a budget. Out of season so didn't get in the pool.
Hot tub was broken. No coffee or breakfast
