Confortable et la chambre était propre

L’application booking.com indiquait 119$ pour la chambre mais l’hôtel m’a charger 125$ pour la chambre en m’expliquant qu’il s’agissait d’un rabais 🫡🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ première fois que ce genre de situation arrive … j’avais conduit 12h donc j’ai pas dis un mot

Avoid this hotel. Over priced for a dirty smelly place to sleep!

Breakfast was hot and had good choices. Close to highway and front desk was manager was helpful. First room assigned smelled like a fresh ashtray. Front desk gave me a new room.

All rooms were supposed to be non smoking and all had been smoked in. Rented 2 rooms. One smelled of vague cigarettes odor and one smelled like fresh ash tray. Traded that one in for another room and that one also smelled but less than the first one. Rugs were stained and walls were dirty. Duct tape was used on Shower handle unclear as to why.. would not stay there again.

Stressful and annoying

The room was dirty, garbage on the floor, someone sleeping in the parking lot approached our vehicle when he thought we were not looking.. was lied to by staff about booking issue and told for 11 days the manager wasn’t in and on vacation.. also told booking.com was lying to me.. kept my $ for a room I never needed and never used. Very poor customer service and extremely bad managers! Never again!!

Nothing bad stay I am sorry!!!

It was not pleasant at all the lady at the front desk was very rude but I think it was just her who messed my stay up . I think you all should fire her now .... I'm sorry first she said you all don't except cash lie than she said there was no room lie on the first floor ..

The property was in a great location for traveling. Easy on and off of the Hi-way. Convenient to stores and restaurants.

Passable

The morning that we left our door wouldn’t shut or lock. I told the desk clerk around 6:30am and she came and verified the problem. My husband has dementia so we couldn’t go to breakfast together and leave room unsecured. The management did give us a credit to our bill because of the problem.

The check in procedure was in a tiny foyer with no admittance to the lobby. Had to wait outside for the person in front of me to complete their check-in. Breakfast was also in the foyer, with no place to sit, milk was not chilled, small area and again there was a line outside waiting for breakfast.

Does need some updating. Lots of construction workers staying there so a bit noisy especially at 2:00 a.m.

The hotel was completely filthy and should not be allowed to operate in the manner. It was a complete disaster.

Filthy and rusted light fixtures. I wish I had taken photos but I was just ready to get the hell out of there.

Over priced room needs a complet over haul.

Staff was nice.

Over priced for very old out dated furniture. Needs updating bad. Room should be 60 dollars, very low budget. The rooms need an entire overhaul. Only stay if your not staying overnight. Get in and get out.

Property could use a good remodel. Areas outside had a fowl smell. Walkways outside the rooms were dirty.

Good night sleep, if that is all you are looking for at $100. +/-

Respect for Covid-19 restrictions were in place. Breakfast was provided safely in the lobby. Our room was well furnished and provided a good nights sleep. We even received a 1 hr late check out.

Smaller toilet/shower had poor caulking. HVAC was louder than expected and "Clunked on and rattled off" Entry door stuck, and we had to push hard. All minor negatives, compared with "Marriott" , my go to choice.

just pay a little extra on a better hotel

the tv was nice

they could of been clean more better. when asked to have the vomit cleaned up, Housekeeping only gave me a small towel and disinfecant spray for me to clean it up. I didnt mind cleaning it but i need it more then a little towel.. everything was jusy dirty and broke
