I think making the rooms smell good would be a perfect idea. May be air freshener will do the magic.

The price
Refrigerator was broken. Moved to another room.
The property was having roof repairs done. On the morning of us checking out, we were in our truck drinking coffee and having a smoke when some shingles came off the roof and hit to roof of our truck
