Breakfast. Easy location.
Did the white towel test. bring a clean white hand towel from home. Upon entering the room, moisten towel at sink. Take hand and lay it atop towel. Swipe across floor around beds and common area. Hand print came up almost black. Conclusion: wondering if cleaning lady mops the floors between guests. Many just sweep out room...tile floors dirty.

There is a Tesla charging station across the street. It might be a plus for EV drivers.
The hotel matches the description. We had a nice stay; very enjoyable.
There is nothing to complain about. This is not a 200-dollar hotel. You get what you pay for.

Allowed pets. Many other hotels in the area did not.
Staff were pleasant.
Floor needed good cleaning. Dirt build up in corners.
Bedding was so wrinkled it must have been in a heap somewhere.
