The location was very good, it's a comfy room in a green area. The pool area was very relaxing and clean. It's a nice place to relax and the amenities are well taken care for.
We had a bad experience with a cleaning situation. When we arrived the toilet was not clean in the inside. I tried cleaning the seat with hand sanitzer and toilet paper and flushing it severall times, but the inside was still filthy. We called for assistance and the cleaning lady starting yelling saying that WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE? And there were little specks but it wasn't as obvious as before. She yelled that we should have taken pictures so we had evidence... Then she saw toilet paper (the one I used to clean the seat), and start accusing me, that since I have used it everything was a lie. At this point I felt super insecure, Idk what's her issue but we only needed a quick swipe with the brush (which we didn't have). Then the girl in the frontdesk arrive and tell her to retire. She in the other hand was super attentive and offered us to clean it and did an exhaustive job at that. After that I was worried the cleaning lady had taken that personally and ask the girl in the front desk not to let her in the room by any chance.
