Super clean, really comfortable beds, nice size fridge and a microwave, very close to downtown lake placid. Keycode door entry (fill out an online form that they text you, they will text you your room number and code).
Not really a negative, but you do have to parallel park.

Was clean when we arrived no problems with checking in
The shower pressure was not great no shelves in the shower to hold soap or shampoo the floor was sticky and they advertised a heated pool that had absolutely no water in it
