Location was close to my selling event.
Many dinning choices nearby.
An area just off the bed which acted as a workspace for grading/pricing comics.
TV worked.
Dated interior: carpet pulled up with bare floor.
Tiny bathroom.
Shower/ tub needed a good cleaning. Long hairs on shower walls and inside bathroom door.
Road noise, somebody slamming the nearby dumpster top in the am.
A guest having a loud parking lot conversation while drinking coffee about 6am.

It was well kept out side
I was un happy with the floor !! Hard floors were black and I spent an hour hand washing the floor!!!
