Location is great, only a block and a half from the boardwalk and beach. Staff is friendly and are professional and understanding.
The bathtub was slippery in my bathroom and I almost fell, but I caught myself. The couch in my room was worn out and the bed was comfy but very old and not as firm of a mattress as I would normally prefer.

I like how close it was to the beach. I also liked that you can smoke on the deck right outside of your room. No designated smoking areas. It gave us the comfort of home. Didn't make us feel like we were singled out for being a smoker. the room was what we expected. A little dated but cozy and comfortable.
There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like about our stay. It was convenient and clean.
