For the price it was reasonable.
I was surprised that the room was never cleaned during the 3 night stay. Had some bugs and a smell in room which wasn't great but again reasonable for the price.

This place is affordable, quiet, and located in an area where everything you need is right around the corner. The staff is awesome, the place is clean, and I felt safe here.

It was a comfy room; the bathroom was a decent size; there was a kitchenette, although we didn't use it.
Asked for towels twice (because we didn't have any upon arriving, only rags) and was told to wait til the next morning because only housekeeping could access them. Whatever - we waited til morning, and housekeeping was nowhere to be found. Mind you, we didn't get turn-down service our first night staying there, so we had to use the rags to dry off on our two-night stay.
