⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More Than a Vacation Rental—This Felt Like Our Own Private Waterfront Retreat
Some places simply give you a place to sleep. This one gives you a place to make memories.
From the moment we walked in, we knew we had picked the right spot. The two-story waterfront cottage is incredibly spacious, modern, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. Even during the hottest part of the day, the air conditioning kept the entire home cool and comfortable.
The best part? Slowing down.
Each morning started with a cup of coffee overlooking the water from one of the two balconies, listening to nature wake up around us. Evenings were just as relaxing—grilling dinner on the back patio, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting after a day of exploring.
Location couldn't have been better. You're just minutes from beautiful Gulf beaches, excellent seafood, local restaurants, shopping, and plenty of entertainment, yet the neighborhood remains quiet, welcoming, and perfect for unwinding.
What truly impressed us was the hospitality. The welcome guide was, without question, the most detailed and helpful we've ever received. It covered everything from local restaurants and hidden beach gems to nightlife and nearby attractions, making it feel like we had a local friend showing us around.
It's rare to find a place that checks every box—comfort, location, cleanliness, amenities, and outstanding customer service—but this cottage absolutely does.
We're already talking about our next trip and plan on renting the neighboring cottages so we can bring the entire family. That's probably the best compliment we can give.
If you're looking for a relaxing waterfront escape that feels like home the moment you arrive, stop searching—you've found it.

Great location, loved the free trolley on Siesta Key and great that the property had free parking.
Unfortunately we would not say here again. Overall the property is tired, run down and in need of some modernisation. We stayed in Bahama breeze so not sure what the other bungalows look like inside. Firstly the bed nearest to the terrace was so uncomfortable, it squeaked every time you moved which makes it impossible to have a good night sleep. Everything outside looks like it's been patched up over the years and needs completely re doing. It was very windy during our stay, not the fault of the property I know, but our gate and the neighbours gate banged all night on the second night. My husband tried to get ours to stay closed with no luck, the latch was broken. The property must have known it was broken as there was a piece of string attached to it, its doesn't cost a lot to go to Home Depot and replace the latch, its the difference between a good night sleep and a bad one.
Lastly the description on Booking . com says there is a hot tub in EVERY bungalow, ours was not working. When I spoke to the lady before our stay she said that that should of been taken down as all of their hot tubs were destroyed in hurricane Milton and they didn't realise it was still in the description, very apologetic and I was happy with that. However, we got chatting to a family at the pool who were occupying 4 rooms and she told us 2 out of 4 of their hot tubs were working, she had complained herself and had a bottle of champagne in the rooms as an apology. Not that I want anything for free but I feel like it's left in the description because some of them are still working.
I assume it was overpriced because it was spring break and that it maybe cheaper to stay here on a regular weekend but for $700 per night I feel like we did not get value for money. With hardly any sleep especially the second night I couldn't wait to get home.
