The staff and breakfast was wonderful.
The room we stayed in was clean to the eye, but felt dirty. I walked on the floor in the room without shoes and just couldn't. It looked clean, but felt khaki to the touch. The bathroom had some issues that could have been better.Overall it was fine.

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
My only complaint is with the booking.com process. I had reserved three rooms together at the same time. Initially front desk staff thought they payment hadn’t gone through (it had weeks prior) then it appeared that there were balances owed on each room and the more they tried to fix it the worse it got. The front desk staff were excellent, kind, and patient through the process. Seems like an error in system communication.

The breakfast, the bathroom, the staff
The air conditioner needs repairing, it sounded like it was going to blow up. Also, the walls are very thin, you can hear everything around you. The doors slam shut so hard that it shocks your system. Its a shame because its a nice looking hotel and the staff are amazing. But the quality is missing. I would not stay here again.
