I am not pleased with the lack of solution based problem solving exhibited by the staff.

I like the affordability of the hotel room.

The staff was not helpful in changing my room due to what seemed to be bodily fluid stains on the furniture and around the room. It was a disgusting experience. I called the front desk more than 4 times about the problem. No solution was provided. I was told the entire hotel was booked for the evening. The front desk told me they would send housekeeping to clean, however the stains remain when I returned to my room. There was loose hair on the walls near the bathroom. I felt uncomfortable and uncleanly in the room.

Stay somewhere else!

Nothing to like

The place was filthy, curtains were dirty, the shower door didn't fit right so the floor got soaked, towels were hard and only had two in the room, flooring in the room was uneven. The light in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling, we were told the vending didn't work, people above us sounded like they were having marching band practice, and the overwhelming smell of some kind of cleaning products when we walked into the room.Overall the worst stay ever at a comfort inn and suites!

Too many young hoodlums hanging around hotel young ppl. Made us uncomfortable.

Would not likely stay here again.

Liked the suite with extra space.

Elevator inspection expired 10 months prior to our visit. Breakfast area was tight and had to ask repeatedly for things to be refilled. Staff member was on his cell phone rather than attending to guests. Pool was closed and we would have liked to know that before we came. Did not like that sink was not behind a door- parents wake up before the children to get ready while they sleep.

The bed and pillows were awesome

Coffee pot didn’t work. The lamp close to coffee pot didn’t work. The machine in hallway took my money with no coke

We had a very enjoyable stay it was our 1st year Anniversary

The lady at the check in desk when we got there was excellent , very friendly and very helpful. She is diffently an asset to this company. I did not get her name but we checked in on Friday evening May 12. She deserves recognition. Excellent people person

The stay was nice.

The staff who checked me came to work a little early and was eating her snack but because no one could be located to check me in she stopped eating her snack and checked us in. Thanks!

We were told the room we were assigned had just been cleaned but when we entered there was a dirty bath cloth hanging on the shower rod.

The mgr of hotel was a clown and needs to find another line of work. Her people skills piss poor. The mattress was crap the water pressure in shower was a joke. I want my money back or I will never stay at a comfort inn again. Never

Cheap, easy access, great mid-way point traveling to Florida. Breakfast & the hours it’s served.

We were greeted by a friendly young lady, rooms were as we had asked for rooms be as close as we can be. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and spacious.

Terrible!!!

Nothing, the rooms wasn't clean . We had to change rooms 3 times before we decided not to even stay there. The person there didn't know how to check us in and kept messing up the price even though it was pre paid. Every room she gave us wasn't cleaned . I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody!

It was pleasant enough for one night.

The beds we’re comfortable. The sink and bathroom area were clean. The breakfast area was clean and organized. The was hot and tasty.

The sofa bed was broke and dirty. The mini refrigerator was dirty on the outside. There was a bad smell in the hallway and when we walked into the room. The clerk acted as if she didn’t know where the extra toiletries and linen were located.

My room was not clean. I spoke with Neal Patel the owner. He offered to refund my money and go somewhere else. There were no vacancies anywhere due to the event in the area. Not offer to clean the room. I have plenty of pictures. I went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies to clean the room for myself and my daughter. Attitudes very nasty about the situation. Lady bugs on ceiling. No safety bar on door. Walls were nasty. Just awful!

Staff was amazing.

Decent size room. The two flatscreen set up was good. Staff was really helpful. Miracle was amazing and so kind. All the staff was so helpful and professional. Breakfast was good.

There was rust behind the bathroom. The lamp in the sitting room was flickering back and fourth in our room.
