Great facility! Just failed to accommodate

The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was amazing. The staff was so fun and friendly!

My only complaint is that I did request a bathtub in our room and we did not get one. We had a child with us, which is why it was important.

Do not stay here!

Clean

Rude Manager, false advertising on booking. Com, Didn't respond to booking.com about my complaints. Put 3 different charges on my card that emptied my account. Charged me for 3 days when I only stayed 2 do to them not resolving my complaints and concerns due to my disabilities as a 100% disabled veteran. Rude Manager accused me of damaging a pole in the handicapped parking spot that was damaged before I arrived. I called out the police to verify that I didn't damage their property. Do not recommend staying at this location!

Great experience! Will stay again!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast!

The elevator doors sound like Chewbacca when closing. I actually kind of liked it. It made me laugh. And the flooring in the elevator needs some updating due to duct tape holding parts of the flooring together. Scraping off the duct tape and using caulk instead would be a simple fix. These two cosmetic issues are the only “unlikeable” things I encountered during my stay!

Location and amenities

Management m: I was billed twice and it was hassle to get it solved. I was also billed on my personal card and a separate card I had for incidents. It’s was annoying to get sorted. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Where they smoked on side of the hotel and it would hit where the swimming pool was even though it was I sort u could smell it all but it is what it is..

Well we got stuck in the middle of a Thunderstorm and lost partial power meaning no air conditioning all night which made it vert hard to get any rest. Also, we were close to the front desk/lobby and at around midnight, a couple watching television in the lobby let their kid run around yelling and screaming, and no one did a thing about it. :(

Great place to stay that’s close to the city and at a great price.

It felt safe and was the best looking hotel in that small area. Not directly in the city, but close enough to all attractions. There was a fence in the parking lot, so it really made us feel safe leaving our car out. One of the most modern hotels away from the city.

Hot tub wasn’t working and the pool didn’t look too clean. Besides that it was all good!

the room smelled like feet but everything was in its place and clean. The mini fridge was on but was not cold at all.

There was one lady at the front desk she had blonde hair she was the only nice employee

The hot water didn't work was told it was because of occupancy and there was no water pressure

Good Value

Pretty new facility and right on the freeway. Clean and comfy and a good breakfast (for a free one).

Weird but minor issues in the room -- like loose faucets (not fixed firmly). Still considered it a good value.
