The staff was super. place was clean and smelled great.

No elevator, but it's only 2 floors so it wasn't a problem.

The room and location is nice I've always liked staying there

When I took a shower the tub had hair all over it from previous person and the counter around the sink was sticky obviously wasn't cleaned well

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Staff were friendly and had cookies for us on arrival! Nice breakfast and very comfy beds!

There is no elevator but only one set of stairs so not the end of the world.

The bathroom shower had numerous long black hairs on the back wall. So the feeling of the room being clean throughout was lost after seeing the shower. The noise from the outside hallway doors and the adjoining room door let a LOT of noise through. I even put towels on the floor by the doors to help. The outside doors are heavy so people just let them close loudly on the own. The smells of people cooking came through the adjoining room door. The front desk staff were friendly but not particularly helpful with the Wi-Fi we had a lot of difficulty just logging into your Wi-Fi. I never did get my phone to accept it. We called the front desk about it and she just said it comes and goes, not very reliable. The beds were comfortable but there were no blankets in the room and we were already dressed for bed and did not want to go to the front desk. The free breakfast ended too soon for a retiree - at least leave a few fruits and muffins for those that are not there as early. I was hoping to grab a muffin at 9:30 but weekdays it closes at 9am. The doors are locked and these is nothing available. I have family in the area but may never be able to spend the night at Cobblestone again as it was understaffed and just not run as efficiently as other motels I have stayed in. We stayed there years ago and it was nice but it is not as nice now.

The breakfast hours could have been until 10 even on weekdays. Or at least leave a few individually wrapped items and fruit. Soundproofing needed from hallways and adjoining rooms. Put the blankets in the room closets so they are easily accessible. Be sure to actually clean the showers.

The sausages and eggs were good. The only thing I missed was some kind of lactose-free product because I could not drink milk or eat cheese or yogurts.

I was staying in the room in front of the ice machine, and in the mornings people leaving for work were using it, and it was pretty loud. But not a big deal.

Quiet, cleanliness, easy to check in and out. Safe area. The hotel was recently remodeled and like new.
