The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and kind
The stairs were crumbling. Pieces of concrete were breaking off and were in desperate need of repair.

Our first room's ac was not working. They moved us to another room.
It was dirty and dated. Because we were only there overnight, we made do as it was the only hotel in the area.
Our first room ac didn't work, the second room the curtains didn't close all the way. The beds were clean but the floors were dirty.
