Location to where I was going next morning
The property grounds not clean.
Broken down fence around pool, which was closed
Room had a bad smell
Staff was not friendly as far as speaking
Tried to call front desk and recording said “ couldn’t take calls” tried three times.
Remote was not set up with tv.
Breakfast how it describes on website is false
A gallon of milk setting on counter left out to use for cereal.
Coffee was good
There was only two items in bread cabinet.
Breakfast was from 7 to 9 am
We were there at 8am
Nothing to choose from.
Only one table and six chairs to even sat at.

Rooms look nice, decent value, and it's super convenient
No pool and the hand soap pump didn't work so I had to use shower gel every time I needed to wash my hands.

Lousey breakfast. Only bagels and cereal. Even packaged pastries would have been better.
No housekeeping, no clean towels, no clean sheets, very damp room, fridge missing temperature control knob.
